Abolish Abortion in Connecticut

Protect the Unborn. Join the Movement. Abolish Abortion.

The Current Law in Connecticut States:

Connecticut is considered a "safe harbor" for abortion seekers from any state.

The state has taken steps to expand access to abortion, such as allowing a wider range of healthcare practitioners to perform abortions and enacting legal shields to protect doctors who provide abortions.

In Connecticut, abortion is legal and has been codified in state law since 1990.

Connecticut law guarantees the right to abortion care, and individuals do not need to be Connecticut residents to receive abortion and other reproductive health care within the state.

The CDC reports around 10,000 abortions in the state of Connecticut annually, with numbers rising every year.

This does not include the readily available access to over the counter pills to terminate the pregnancy of a baby at home.
